As exciting as it is to work on 'our house', man what a lot of work. I have to give props to Bug, for all the work he's put into it. He sure is Mr. handy man! I love it! As we work here, I can't help but be thankful for my parents and in laws, for the work ethics they've taught us. Yard work - never never has that been enjoyable for me, but I'm totally excited to put a yard in at our home! Also, I mowed the lawn last week for the first time ever! (once before I mowed a section of a lawn - then, gave up because of course, I was a girl and that was the man job)
Although our stay with the Lewis' has been fun and much appreciated, I can't tell you how excited I am to be in our own house. Mostly so I can walk around naked again! haha Just kidding! Cook, clean, do laundry, you know, womanly activities.

So here it is, our first home!

New House

I've committed myself to keeping a blog - for real. So yeah, it's been about a year or so since I've updated this (so I'm probably the only one following at this point). Bug and I finally closed on a home about a month ago, and have been busy busy gutting the entire place. These are a few pictures of what it looked like when we got a hold of it... NAAAAAASTY!!! We filled two dumpsters to the brim with just junk. Grease stains all over the house, zillions of holes and sticky things on the walls, and did i mention the hair?! I think you get the picture. So we're pretty stoked, a lot of work ahead,

One month baby! Christopher and I were married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on September 26, 2008. Thus far, things are going quite well for the two of us. Bug works as an elevator opperator at a mill for the LDS church, and me, a nanny for a couple kids. Chillaxin at the moment, waiting for the babies to start rollin out. NOT! Give us at least 5 years! :)
